Information we collect
Your name, email address and mobile number when you create an account or post a property; listing details and photos you upload; messages you send through TrueHome chat; and basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
To run your account, publish and display your listings, connect owners and renters, keep the platform safe from fraud and spam, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.
What others can see
Listings and their photos are public. Your phone number is shown only to signed-in users viewing your listing. Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation. Agreements are visible only to the buyer/renter and seller/owner of that deal.
Storage and security
Your data is stored with a secure cloud provider. Access is restricted by account permissions, and private files such as documents are never publicly linked.
Data saved in your browser
To make the site faster, we save recent searches and recently viewed public listings in your browser. You can clear this anytime by clearing your browser's site data.
Your rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) you may access, correct or ask us to delete your personal data. You can edit your profile and delete your listings yourself, or email us for anything else.
